Running in the Morning

I find that it is so much easier to run in the morning. There are probably lots of reasons for this, but the main one is that is the time of day when we have the most energy.

This morning I managed 2.5 Km in 20 minutes without stopping! That certainly beats the 2.5 Km in 30 minutes, mostly walking that was my last evening “run”.

As I am not yet ready to get up at 5 to run before work, morning runs will have to remain weekend activity.
